Shipping Policy

After you’ve chosen with delivery option , you can expect delivery within  5 to 7 business days anywhere in the Australia.  Some products may take longer to be delivered. If you need to receive an order As soon as possible , then ring or write a letter of urgency!.

As per our terms and conditions of business, from time to time shipping delays may and can occur, due to reasons beyond our control.

  1. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details upon placing your order.
  2. If you require a delivery address update, we will endeavor to do this for you, if the order has not yet shipped.
  3. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped, and at this stage it becomes the responsibility of the customer to ensure they receive the order or place a new order.
  4. Photo Light Box can not be held liable if you the customer omit any important information from the delivery address, resulting in the order being returned to us. If the order is returned to us due to customer error, you will need to pay an additional delivery costs to reship your order.
  5. If the order is delivered to a local post office and you the customer fail to collect the order in a timely manner from the post office, the order may be returned to the sender. If this happens, you the customer are responsible for paying a costs reshipment .
  6. You acknowledge that once an order is shipped, we cannot be held liable if a delivery is delayed due to the actions of the courier.
  7. You acknowledge that Photo Light Box do not offer compensation for shipping delays, for both normal and express shipping

If an order is lost in transit , stolen or damaged , we guarantee a replacement.

Instruction to use & care

The Photo Light Box is easy to install on any flat surface. 

On the back of Photo Light Box  there are holes for fastening.

Plug into 240 volts main socked and switch power ON

1. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
2. Use Photo Light Box indoor only.

3. Eliminate the ingress of moisture on the Photo Light Box, should not be used in case of moisture inside.
4. DO NOT USE if Photo Light Box, cord or plug is damaged.
5. Stop using the Photo Light Box if the light becomes dim or starts to flash.
6. If you have any questions regarding the installation and operation of the Photo Light Box, consult a specialist or manufacturer for advice.
7. To clean Photo Light Box use a dry clean cloth. Allow 15minutes to cool after disconnection before.

ATTENTION :  if the lamp has failed it can not be repaired and try to restore independently, not a sanctioning technical intervention, leads to the rejection of warranty service and responsibility.
Do not disassemble the lamp in order to avoid accidents.

Certification of light boxes series of Photo Light Box are not subject to mandatory certification, in order to  the certificates for  LED driver, please contact the manufacturer (Photo Light Box).

The product does not belong to the replacement of a failed product as a result of ingress of foreign objects, liquid or other materials and substances inside the Photo Light Box.

The goods do not belong to the replacement of Failed as a result of force circumstances such as floods, fires and others.

Returns policy

Our return policy lasts 12month from day your have  purchased.

COST OF SERVICES
The price of each service and product is indicated on the WebSite. In case of an incorrect price indication, Photo Light Box notifies the Client. After receiving notification of the correction of the price to Client :
Confirms the Order on the new conditions about the price

Refuses order. In the absence of a response from the Customer, the order is considered canceled.
The method of payment is chosen by the Client independently according to payment methods defined on the Photo Light Box invoice .

PRIVACY AND PROTECTION/YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The client who has submitted an request for “FREE DIGITAL SAMPLE”, agrees to the processing of  personal information.
The client, who has submitted an request for “FREE DIGITAL SAMPLE”, agrees to use the email address provided to them to provide information on promotions and discounts valid for the Photo Light Box.

The client agrees to the processing of the following personal data:
Last name, first name, patronymic name, address, telephone number, as well as personal images, in case the Photo Light Box provides services for transferring personal photographs of the Client to the Lightbox.
The specified personal information is used by the Photo Light Box in order to fulfill its obligations to provide services for the artistic design of applied art products, by transferring the agreed image to the lightbox and delivering the Order to the Customer.
Personal  information in terms of personal photographs of the Client are destroyed by the Photo Light Box within 10 days after full fulfillment of obligations by the Parties.

 

Photo Light Box DISCLAIMER
The Photo Light Box is entitled to refuse the Client to enter into an agreement and provide services in the following cases:
–  The client more than 2 (two) times refused to accept the services rendered in the absence of reasons related to their inadequate quality and volume;
– The client issued, but did not receive the result of the services rendered.
–  The image of the Client contains information of a pornographic,  racist, nationalistic nature, propaganda of violence and terror.

CUSTOMER DISCLAIMER

– The Client has the right to refuse the Order at any time prior to its receipt, or within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of its receipt, not counting the day of order placement.
–  The  amount (without delivery costs) shall be refunded to the Client within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the Photo Light Box receives a written request from the Client to return the paid amount of money, subject to the return of the Order.
– Refusal of services of inadequate quality (physical damage to the lightbox, poster; improper assembly (the location of the poster does not correspond to the holes for the suspension), defects in
